01.08.2010	Paypal Payments into GBP Pound Sterling: We can now offer a safe and secure Paypal payment service. The customer will require a verified Paypal Account and Address. This service does include a Paypal fee and the customer will be charged the total fee that is incurred by us on receipt. We are open and honest about this fee and the customer will be sent details during the booking process. Paypal offers a fast payment in all major currencies and the process is simple. UK Bank Transfers and cash / cheque deposits are offered free of charge.
01.08.2010	Improvements in the Villa: For the 2010 2011 season we have carried out some improvements to the villa - including a complete balcony enclosure in Bedroom 2 - which improves privacy and increases the area available in the bedroom. We are constantly maintaining and improving the villa - to keep our standards high for all of our cutomers.

16.12.2009	We are still receiving numerous requests for parties of more than 6 people. We refuse all requests to accommodate above 6 people including children. We also cannot recommend any other accommodations as we are not in a position to comment on quality elsewhere. Quality of accommodation varies considerably in Goa and we ask all our readers to be very careful in selecting alternative accommodation.

We ask all readers to be very careful on selecting their Holiday Villa as it is very apparent that some property owners are acting in a very dishonest way. If you do see our website details being used by another party - please send us details by email and we will take a look at the details and contact the other parties. Unfortunatley, it is very hard to control our content on the internet.
