The villa accommodation can be viewed in the Goa Video Clip and Goa Photo Album. The Video and photos show the actual accommodation. We offer a complete Villa Rental for a maximum of six people - we do not rent individual rooms.

The villa accommodation has been individually designed and specified by a highly reputed local Goan builder. It is part of a very select development of nine Goan Villas. The Villa is designed and furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people at an economic rate.  

Our Beachside location is unbeatable – as it is just across from the coastal road that runs adjacent to Colva Beach Resort Goa. Our Villa is surrounded in three directions by sand dunes (to the east, south and west towards the beach). Our Goa Villa is around a 2 minute walk to the sand! Walking in the area is mainly on the flat – so it is easier on the feet. There is no real need for taxi rides as you can stroll along the beach into Colva centre.

In structure, our Goa Villa is two storey, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge cum dining area, large first floor terrace and an open front porch. It is completed to a high standard of specification and finish. Additionally, should any persons require ground floor only accommodation – this is possible with a double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, lounge and diner on the ground floor.  

In detail our Goa Villa accommodation consists of: 

• Master bedroom on the first floor including South facing personal balcony, five foot wide bed, ceiling and free standing fan (adjustable), wardrobe/cupboard/mirror facilities, bedside tables and mini fridge. Mosquito nets are fitted to the Balcony door and east facing windows. There is a natural sea breeze into each bedroom - so they do tend to keep cool.

• Second bedroom on the first floor including North facing personal balcony, 2 three foot wide beds, ceiling and free standing fan (adjustable), wardrobe/cupboard/mirror facilities and bedside tables. This bedroom is naturally cooler with Mosquito nets fitted to the main Terrace door and east facing windows.

• Third bedroom on the Ground floor including sofa cum bed (6ft by 5ft wide), ceiling and free standing fan (adjustable), wardrobe/cupboard/mirror facilities and bedside tables. This bedroom is naturally cooler and is possibly ideal for any persons requiring ground floor accommodation. Mosquito nets are fitted to the main windows.

• Each bedroom can be securely locked and kept completely private. Each bedroom has a safe facility and lockable cupboard - which are provided free of charge. Each room has been decorated neutrally and has a large amount of window / external door space making each room very light.

• Two luxury fitted bathrooms with hot water shower and hand basin with a large mirror and shaving light overhead. Each has a large open shower area – with a good pressure shower unit overhead.

• Luxury fitted kitchen with a large fridge and cooking facilities – although there are plenty of local shacks and restaurants with excellent menus to choose from in the immediate area. The worktops are granite, with a double bowl sink. Glasses, Crockery and cutlery is provided. There is one adjustable ceiling fan. Mosquito nets are fitted to the back door and east facing windows.

• Lounge cum dining area – including a leather settee and two matching reclining chairs. There is also a hand carved teak four piece dining set with a glass topped table. The lounge is very comfortable with Satellite TV and DVD Player. There are two adjustable ceiling fans. Mosquito nets are fitted to the front double door and to the main windows.

• All doors and windows finished in teak wood.

• All main room flooring in marble.

• Substantial first floor terrace - which is both private and safe to relax – with patio furniture and lighting. The terrace is in the sunlight for most of the day as it faces west towards the beach. We have provided a sun shelter and a retractable awning – combined with a large selection of Patio furniture and sun-bed. We have designed the terrace - so that our customers can enjoy full sun or sun shade.

• High level of security including window and lockable door grills throughout the Villa, safe facilities and lockable bedroom doors / cupboards.
