We are surrounded by Sand dunes on the famous Colva Goa Beach Resort in South Goa, India. The beach resort is over 35 km long and is lined with coconut palms – away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and overcrowded North Goan resorts.

Our two storey Villa is comfortable, modern, yet very natural & probably the closest available to the beachside in the Colva & South Goa area. We offer a complete exclusive Villa Rental for a maximum of six people. We do not rent out individual rooms.

Enjoy true Goan hospitality with local bars and restaurants, breath-taking scenic sunset views and the daily sunshine. Colva & South Goa offer excellent value for money and there are certainly plenty of activities taking place or you can just lay in the sun and relax.

The Villa is within 100 metres of the Sand-dunes entering the famous Colva Beach Resort. We are very close to quality restaurants and beach shacks that provide excellent value meals and drinks in a pleasant environment.

The Villa facilities are modern and the property was completed only a few years ago.


The high Western standard specification includes:

   • Three luxury double bedrooms (two with personal balcony).

   • Two luxury fitted bathrooms with hot water shower and hand basin.

   • Luxury fitted kitchen with large fridge and full cooking facilities.

   • Substantial first floor terrace - which is both private and safe to relax – with
      sun shelter and retractable awning.

   • Mosquito nets to main doors and windows - giving excellent ventilation.

   • High level of security.

   • Patio furniture and sun bed.

   • Facilities are available for persons restricted to the ground floor only.

   • Pleasant garden area and private grounds.
